Description
- Size: 7 to 50mm in length depending on the species.
- Narrow and cylindrical with several segments each containing two pairs of legs unlike centipede just 1 pair of legs per segment.
- 17-100 pairs of legs. They are not classified as insects because they have more than three pairs of legs
- The eggs are deposited in clusters in the ground and go through stages of maturity many driven for about 2 years.
- They live mainly in decaying vegetation.
- They are found outside under rocks and wood, they wind spiral when they feel threatened.
